  • Jessica Hundley, BA, MPH
    COO/ Clinical Administrator

I am here to help you reach your counseling goals by guiding you through the process of becoming a client at Relationship Solutions Center (RSC). I recognize the importance of having good mental health and how difficult it is to seek help when you’re feeling out of balance, or you need to get your relationship back on track.  When you reach out to RSC, we aim to give you the best client experience, high quality service, and provide you with excellent clinical care that is a good fit for you. As your clinical administrator, I am here to answer all your administrative questions and any other questions or concerns you have about our practice.

Growing up in Maryland I was surrounded by my family that was made up of therapists and other types of health care providers; this helped create a personal passion for mental health and serving my community. I graduated from Loma Linda University with a masters in Public Health in Loma Linda, California. While living on the west coast, I had the opportunity to work in underserved communities with community-based nonprofits. With a background in public health, my focus was helping communities become healthier and have better access to the resources needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle; mental health is a major part of community health! After I moved back to the east coast, I worked as a project manager for a global nonprofit organization. Once the opportunity to grow Relationship Solutions Center into a group practice presented itself, I was very excited to join my past management experience with my passion for mental health. I am so happy to be part of the Relationship Solutions Center team and look forward to working with you.

You can schedule now by clicking the link of any of our therapists below or email me now at [email protected] and I will be happy to assist you in setting up your first appointment.

  • Virginia Nogales, LCPC, NCC
    Psychotherapist/Marriage and Family Therapist

I am Vicky Nogales. I was born in Argentina and raised in Bolivia. I am a mother, a wife, and a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland. I also hold a Mental Health Counselor License from the State of Washington. I have a Masters degree in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy from Walden University and several complementary certifications.

I would describe myself as Multicultural. I have received education in different parts of Latin America and the United States. I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, schools, universities, and clinical settings. Moving has characterized my experience having to reinvent myself in order to be able to reinsert myself in the world of work of each of the countries I have lived at.

Today, through warmth, compassion, faith, genuineness, and enthusiasm, I work towards empowering individuals while strengthening family relationships through the use of narratives, conflict resolution, humor, and flexibility. I use an eclectic perspective, adapted to what each family, couple or individual needs. Narrative Therapies, Spiritual Counseling, Virginia Satir's Communications Approaches, and Gottman's approach, guide both my sessions and my experiential workshops.

  • Theolyn Walker, LCPC
    Psychotherapist

I find fulfillment in working with special groups, couples and people in all stages of life and various backgrounds.  I specialize in counseling those who experience uncomfortable thoughts, challenges, negative feelings and/or behaviors brought on through stress, anxiety, sadness, trauma, and ADHD.

In our conversational sessions, I provide a confidential, nonjudgmental environment to promote transparency and authenticity. I do not believe in too much information being shared or TMI.  If it is on your mind, I encourage you to discuss it. Together, we use this time to explore your inner thoughts and feelings. In your session, you create the treatment goals you wish to achieve. Then, we work on them.

I use several therapeutic approaches. However, the main approaches I use are client centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, reality testing, and exposure therapy. My therapeutic approach of using client centered therapy allows me to provide empathy and encouragement where we, my client and me, build strong rapport. The client is treated as the expert.  CBT allows me to identify beliefs that impact views, choices, and consequences. I may use motivational interviewing to push towards identified goals. I use solution focused therapy for the client who is aware of the root of the problem but needs help implementing a solution. I use reality testing to challenge beliefs that do not appear to be what is occurring. Last, I use exposure therapy for clients who need to participate in activities to promote the desired behavior. In using any of these techniques, I move at your pace and your comfort level.

I received a master’s degree in Psychology Counseling and earned a psychotherapy advanced certificate. I received specialized training and work experience in alcohol and substance abuse of couple’s therapy, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
